About Star
Star Wuerdemann, MAc, EMP, is a healer and a writer who is always interested in the heart of the story. What are the stories you believe that are holding you back? What stories have you designed that are keeping your life small or your well-being stuck? She helps folks clear the way for the life they want to be living.
Star sought out acupuncture for herself in her early 20s for allergies, but was struck by the profound difference it acupuncture had on her outlook on life and ability to manage her emotional wellbeing with grace.
